Warranty Policy:

All DUZZONA products, whether purchased on this website or from an authorized dealer, are warranted against defects in manufacture, materials or workmanship under normal use for an 18-month period from the date of payment.

If the product is purchased on this website, you must choose the postal service to return it. We will bear the freight, customs duties and other expenses incurred during the return. Please provide the list of expenses issued by the carrier; if you choose express services such as DHL/UPS/FedEx , you are responsible for the freight, customs and other costs incurred when returning the product. If purchased from other sources, please contact the appropriate authorized reseller for returns.

During the warranty period, if a product is deemed defective in its manufacture, materials or workmanship, we will replace the same or a similar product free of charge, and the replaced product and parts will not be returned to you.

Return Process:
If you need to return the goods, please send an email to support@duzzona.com to apply for an RMA number. The email subject format is “RMA application + order number”. We will complete the review and send the RMA number within 2 working days. Please send the package with the RMA number or RMA label to our warehouse. After receiving the package, we will check the goods in the package and complete the reissue or refund within 3 working days.

Each RMA number is valid for 30 days.

Do not write the RMA number or stick the RMA label on the product packaging, so as not to affect secondary sales.
