Payment Method:
The payment methods we accept include PayPal, VISA, Mastercard and T/T Bank Transfer. The first three payment methods can be completed step by step according to the operation instructions on the order page. The bank information of T/T Bank Transfer is as follows:

If you choose T/T Bank Transfer, there are generally 3 types of surcharges:
1. The service fee charged by the payer’s bank shall be borne by the payer;
2. If there is no direct business relationship between the payer’s bank and the payee’s bank, the payment needs to be transferred through other banks, and the transfer fee arising therefrom shall be borne by the payer;
3. The service fee charged by the payee’s bank shall be borne by the payee.
In addition to USD, we also accept payments in EUR, GBP, JPY, HKD and CNY, which are converted according to real-time exchange rates.
If the payer information and the consignee information are inconsistent, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange the shipment and make the invoice smoothly.
Refund Method:
If the package has not been sent, we will complete the refund within 3 working days after the refund request is submitted; if the package has been sent, we will complete the refund within 3 working days after the package is returned to our warehouse. Please refer to Shipping & Taxes and Warranty & Return for the return method and associated taxes.
In principle, all refunds will be returned in the same way. If you do not want to choose the original way to return, please communicate with our customer service.
PayPal refunds are available immediately.
VISA and Mastercard refunds will be credited within 7-15 business days, and the actual credited amount may be less than the refund originating amount, depending on the conversion and transaction fees charged by the credit card issuer.
The T/T Bank Transfer refund will arrive in the account within 2-5 working days. The actual amount received may be lower than the amount of the refund initiated, depending on the service fee charged by the recipient bank and the intermediary bank.
